I have been asked this several times so why not put it here.
Different shops may have different pressures they prefer in the shock but me personally have run 200 PSI of nitrogen in my Odes shocks.
The shock is an emulsion shock so the fluid and gas pressure are combined and to prevent foaming or damping loss the higher pressure will reduce or eliminate that.
Also when you do add pressure get yourself the tool to tighten the core of the schrader valve as they normally leak.
