The way this works is you would have to purchase the cables (Odes Diagnostic Software) and the software is free and install it on a Windows based laptop that has internet access. Then get a hold of me and setup a day and time that will work for both of us.
When that day and time actually come then follow this procedure,

Download and run the program from the link. It will show you a 9-digit session code.
Just tell me the session code then I can connect to your device.
This will allow me to connect to you remotely and run HUD ECU Hacker that will be installed on your laptop and fingers crossed help us identify the issue with your machine.
I would prefer if you have a local dealer to take the machine to them but I also understand there are those that are not in close proximity to a dealer and this may be necessary.
